These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase and use of restaurant gift card vouchers sold through DealResto at https://dealresto.com/.
By purchasing a voucher, you agree to these terms.
Flash Sale Vouchers
Vouchers may be offered for a limited time and in limited quantities. Availability is not guaranteed and sales may end when the available quantity is sold out or when the scheduled sale period ends.
Voucher Value
Each voucher has a stated promotional value and purchase price. For example, a customer may purchase a $30 voucher for $15 during a flash sale.
The voucher value will be shown at the time of purchase and included in the voucher email.
Voucher Delivery
After purchase, the voucher will be delivered by email and may include:
- QR code
- Voucher number
- Restaurant name
- Voucher value
- Redemption instructions
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address at checkout.
Redemption
Vouchers must be redeemed at the participating restaurant listed on the voucher.
Restaurant staff may scan the QR code or enter the voucher number to validate the voucher.
Each voucher can only be redeemed one time. Once redeemed, it cannot be reused.
Limit Per Customer
Unless otherwise stated, vouchers are limited to one voucher per customer or email address.
Attempts to bypass purchase limits may result in cancellation of the order or voucher.
No Cash Value
Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
No cash back will be given if the full voucher value is not used, unless required by law.
Participating Locations
Vouchers are only valid at participating restaurant locations. Some restrictions may apply depending on the restaurant.
Expiration and Restrictions
Voucher expiration dates, restrictions, blackout dates, dine-in requirements, or other conditions may vary by restaurant and will be stated on the offer when applicable.
Refunds
All voucher sales are final unless otherwise required by law or approved by the participating restaurant.
If there is an issue with your voucher, please contact us before requesting a chargeback.
Lost or Deleted Voucher Emails
If you lose your voucher email, contact customer support with your order information. We may resend the voucher to the email address used at checkout.
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or refuse redemption of any voucher suspected of fraud, duplication, unauthorized resale, or abuse.
Restaurant Responsibility
Participating restaurants are responsible for honoring valid vouchers according to the offer terms.
Website Errors
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, technical errors, incorrect offer details, or inventory issues.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
